Hi, I’m Alex, the blogger here. I’ve had a Ninja Speedi for a while but have not bothered to learn how to use it properly. I regularly use it to cook the one and same meal. I know: B.O.R.I.N.G. So, I decided to do something about it. Why? Simple: 1. Having my Speedi cook more of my meals would support my busy lifestyIe and 2. Desire to cook my own food. Not to mention, there is no oven to clean.
